Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions describe the terms that govern your purchase of products from this online store. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Order processing and acceptance
All orders are subject to verification, acceptance and availability. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock limitations, pricing errors, or inability to meet shipping requirements. When an order is cancelled we will notify you and issue any applicable refunds according to the Refund & Returns Policy.
Pricing and taxes
Prices displayed are subject to change without notice. Applicable federal and provincial taxes are applied at checkout based on the delivery address. We do not claim to be the product manufacturer or brand owner; product descriptions are provided for convenience and are based on supplier information.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping times listed are estimates and begin after order processing completes. Typical transit times are 3–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days to U.S. addresses, unless the product listing specifies otherwise. Some large or heavy items require truck delivery and may need appointment scheduling; such shipments may have different transit expectations.
Returns and refunds
Our return window is 30 days from the purchase date. Returned items must be new, unused, unassembled and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued for the purchase price and applicable sales tax to the original form of payment; allow up to 7 business days for refund processing after we receive the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your purchase or use of products. Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the item that gives rise to the claim.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms or from purchases made through this store will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, unless otherwise required by law.
